Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jaredsdigitalagency.com (the "Site") and any services purchased from Jared's Digital Agency ("JDA," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by 2111583 Ab Inc, O/A Jared's Digital Agency, including done-for-you automation setup packages, consulting, the Ranked.ai SEO add-on, and the "Build Income Online!" affiliate resource hub.

By using the Site, booking a call, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or our services.

1. Who We Are

JDA provides AI-powered automation setup and marketing services for service-based businesses, built primarily on the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, delivered on a "done-for-you setup, do-it-yourself after" basis. We also curate an affiliate resource hub of third-party tools for individuals exploring side-income opportunities.

2. Services & Packages

We offer tiered service packages (currently Starter, Growth, and Full Stack), each with different scope, one-time setup fees, and — for Growth and Full Stack — ongoing monthly fees. Optional add-ons (such as SEO via Ranked.ai) may carry separate fees. Current pricing and package details are provided during your discovery call or in your service agreement/invoice and supersede any general description on the Site.

What's included

Each package includes setup of the agreed automation workflows within a GHL sub-account. After setup, you own and operate the sub-account going forward unless you're on an ongoing support plan. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (leads, sales, rankings, or revenue) from any package.

3. Payment Terms

• One-time setup fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Monthly fees (Growth, Full Stack, and any ongoing add-ons) are billed on a recurring basis and continue until cancelled by you with written notice
• All fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in your specific service agreement
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable notice

4. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on GoHighLevel and other third-party platforms (payment processors, Meta Business Suite, Calendly, Ranked.ai, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by these third-party platforms. Continued access to GHL sub-accounts and related tools after our engagement ends may require you to maintain your own subscription with the relevant provider.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing, automation, and SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, offer, pricing, follow-through, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases from any service or affiliate tool we recommend.

6. Affiliate Links & Resource Hub

The "Build Income Online!" hub and other pages on the Site may contain affiliate links to third-party tools and platforms. We may earn a commission if you sign up through these links, at no additional cost to you. We do our best to recommend tools we believe are genuinely useful, but we are not responsible for the products, pricing, terms, or performance of any third-party platform we link to. You should review each provider's own terms before signing up.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including copy, design, graphics, and the JDA brand — is owned by JDA or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Automation workflows, templates, and processes we build for you become yours to use for your business once fully paid for, but our underlying methods, templates, and training materials remain our intellectual property and may not be resold or redistributed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDA and its owner/operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to a service package is limited to the amount you paid us for that package in the preceding three months.

9. Cancellation

Ongoing monthly services may be cancelled at any time with written notice (email is sufficient). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. One-time setup fees already paid are non-refundable once work has begun.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or the Site to send spam, engage in deceptive marketing, violate applicable anti-spam laws (such as CASL), or use the platforms we set up for any illegal purpose. You are responsible for the content and compliance of any marketing sent through automations we build for you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
