Privacy Policy
What I collect, why, who sees it, and how to get it deleted. Written in plain language. Last updated October 19, 2026.
1. Who I am
This site is run by 2111583 Ab Inc, operating as Jared's Digital Agency, in Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada. In this policy "I" and "me" mean Jared's Digital Agency. Questions about your information go to support@jaredsdigitalagency.com, and a real person reads it.
2. What I collect
When you run the free audit. You type a business name and a city, and optionally an industry. Those are sent to Google so it can find the business and measure its website speed. They describe a business, not you, but if you are a one-person business they can point at you, so I'm telling you. You see your score and the first problem it finds without giving me anything else.
When you unlock the full report. You give me your name, email address and phone number. They are stored in the admin area of this website, and an alert goes to my email so I know someone asked. I use them to send you the report and to follow up about it.
When you book a session. Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you picked and anything you write in the booking form. I see all of it. I collect the $50 by sending you a payment link, usually during the session, and I never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by the payment provider on that link.
When you email or message me. I keep the message and your address so I can reply and remember what we talked about.
When you become a client. I collect what I need to do the work and bill you: your business details, contact details and access to the accounts I'm setting up for you.
Just by visiting. The site uses cookies, covered in section 6. Like any website, the hosting server also records technical details such as your IP address and browser when a page loads.
3. How I use it
To deliver your audit report, run your session, do the work you hire me for, bill you, answer your questions, keep the site working and secure, and understand which pages people use. I follow up on an audit report by email or phone because you asked for the report and gave me your details to get it. Every email I send has an easy way to say stop, and a phone call or message asking me to stop is enough too.
I don't sell your details to anyone, and I don't rent them or trade them. I don't use them for anything unrelated to what you asked me for.
4. Who else sees it
Only the tools I use to run the business, and only what each one needs: Google (the business name and city lookup and the speed test), Calendly (bookings), my email provider, my payment provider (such as Stripe, for payment links), my website host, Google Analytics (visit statistics) and GoHighLevel (the CRM and automation platform I run my agency on). Some of these companies store data outside Canada, including in the United States, so your information may be handled under the laws of those places. I may also share information if the law requires it.
The audit report is built from public information about the business. It never logs into anything of yours.
5. How long I keep it
I keep your details for as long as I need them to follow up with you, do the work and keep my business records, and I delete them when you ask me to unless the law says I must keep something, such as invoices.
6. Cookies
The cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Essential cookies remember your choice. Statistics cookies (Google Analytics) tell me which pages get used. Payment cookies come from Stripe, for fraud prevention, when you pay through a Stripe page. You can change your choice in the banner at any time or block cookies in your browser, and the site still works.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent to follow-ups at any time. Email support@jaredsdigitalagency.com and I'll answer within 30 days. If you're not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
8. Other sites and apps
Links on this site go to other companies, and their privacy practices are theirs. My apps (ToastPost, SmartShifts and DropOps) collect different information and have their own policies on their own sites. This policy covers jaredsdigitalagency.com.
9. Children
This site is for business owners and isn't aimed at children. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes
If I change this policy, the date at the top changes with it. If the change is big, I'll say so on the site. The Terms of Service and the Affiliate Disclosure sit alongside this policy.
