Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of jaredsdigitalagency.com (the "Site") and anything you buy from Jared's Digital Agency ("JDA," "I," "me"), operated by 2111583 Ab Inc, O/A Jared's Digital Agency. That includes the free audit, the $50 session, done-for-you automation setup packages, the optional monthly support and SEO, and the Build Income Online resource hub. By using the Site, booking a session or buying a service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or the services.

1. Who I am

I set up AI-powered automation and marketing for service businesses, built mostly on the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, on a "done-for-you setup, do-it-yourself after" basis. I also publish a resource hub of third-party tools, and I build apps (ToastPost, SmartShifts and DropOps) that have their own terms.

2. The free audit

The audit is an automated check of public information about a business: its Google listing, reviews, website speed, website basics and readiness for AI search. It is a fast first look and not a full review. It can be wrong or out of date, it can't see anything behind a login, and I don't guarantee its accuracy or that fixing what it flags will bring you more customers. What I do with the name, email and phone number you give me to unlock a report is in the Privacy Policy.

3. The $50 session

The session is thirty minutes, one on one, booked through Calendly. You can use it to ask me a question. If it turns into a consultation about your business, creating or fixing your Google Business Profile is included at no extra charge. The $50 is collected by a payment link I send you, usually during the session. If you then buy a setup package or any other paid service from me, the $50 you paid is credited toward that purchase. The session is for my time and isn't refundable once it has taken place. If I have to cancel, I'll rebook you or refund the $50.

4. Packages and pricing

I offer three setup packages: Starter ($397 setup), Growth ($997 setup) and Full Stack ($1,497 setup). Each tier has optional monthly support ($47, $147 and $247 a month), and Full Stack can add managed SEO from $99 a month. The Services page shows the current list, and the price in your service agreement or invoice is the price that applies if the two ever differ.

A package includes setting up the agreed workflows inside a GHL account, walking you through them and handing them over. GoHighLevel's own plan is billed separately by GoHighLevel, directly to you, and the account stays in your name. After setup, you own and run the account unless you're on a monthly support plan.

5. Payment

• One-time setup fees are due before work begins unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Monthly support and SEO are billed every month and continue until you cancel in writing.
• Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun, except where the law requires otherwise or your service agreement says otherwise.
• I may change pricing for future billing cycles with reasonable notice.

6. Cancelling monthly services

You can cancel monthly support or SEO at any time with written notice (an email is enough). The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Third-party platforms

My work relies on GoHighLevel and other platforms: Google, Meta, Calendly and payment providers. I'm not responsible for their outages, policy changes, price changes or interruptions. Keeping access to your GHL account and related tools after we finish may require you to keep your own subscription.

8. No guarantee of results

Results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your follow-through and changes to the platforms. I don't guarantee any specific result, ranking, lead volume or revenue from a package, from the audit, or from any tool I recommend.

9. Affiliate links

Build Income Online and some other pages carry affiliate links, and I may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. I'm not responsible for the products, pricing, terms or performance of those third parties, so read their terms before you sign up. The Affiliate Disclosure explains how it works.

10. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including the copy, design, graphics and the JDA brand, belongs to JDA or its licensors and can't be copied or reused without my permission. The workflows and templates I build for you become yours to use in your business once fully paid for. My underlying methods, templates and training materials stay mine and can't be resold or redistributed.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, JDA and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages from your use of the Site or the services, including lost profits or lost data. My total liability for any claim about a service is limited to what you paid me for that service in the three months before the claim.

12. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site or what I set up for you to send spam, to market deceptively, to break anti-spam laws such as CASL, or for anything illegal. You're responsible for the content and legal compliance of any marketing sent through automations I build for you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Alberta.

14. Changes

I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision, and continuing to use the Site or the services after a change means you accept it.
